Performance & Stability Sprint
From £1,500
Five working days, scoped around the fixes that make the biggest difference.
- Fix the most important performance bottlenecks
- Configure caching and CDN properly
- Optimise database, images and scripts
- Remove or replace problem plugins where it makes sense
- Resolve obvious PHP errors and compatibility problems
- Improve backups and monitoring
- Test every change, with before-and-after results
- A short maintenance roadmap
Fixed price for an agreed scope. I promise measurable improvement and a more dependable site. I won’t promise a perfect PageSpeed score, because nobody honest can.

We use the Health Check to pick the fixes worth paying for. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.

Test and measure
Every change tested, then measured against the baseline from your Health Check.
DAY 5
Hand over
Before-and-after results, a record of what I changed, and a short roadmap for keeping it that way.
